Service Expectations: Residential General Pest Quarterly Service Plan
- A thorough inspection and evaluation to determine your current or potential pest issues.
- Note and discuss any conducive conditions and recommendations.
- Develop a customized plan of action based upon the inspection and implement this plan as discussed.
- Service the areas that are relevant to your pest issue and perform preventative services for general pests in areas including the kitchen, bathrooms, basement/crawl space, attic, garage and exterior
- Communicate the expectations of the service performed and schedule a follow-up if needed.
- Once the initial pest issue is resolved, the regular pest services will consist of inspecting and monitoring the initial pest issue and any other potential pest issues. Performing preventative services to the interior and exterior to protect you.
