During the months of October through February bats are in a state of hibernation and overwinter in attics and void areas of home. A bat eviction cannot be performed at this time. The ideal time to perform a bat eviction is when evening temperatures are consistently above 50 degrees.

The Black Out Period is the time when young bats are flightless. To protect the bats and homeowner(s), during this period (June-July) we will be unable to perform a bat eviction.

Full guarantees/warranties against colonies of bats using structures will be in place and extend one (1) year with re-inspection highly recommended yearly to continue to provide a bat free home.
