We hired pest control from Naugatuck ct, we had gone to the office and everyone in the office was very friendly and informative and helpful explained the different pricing and what was the best coarse of action, the technician Jonathan Roberto which came out the next day was very professional, friendly and also very informative, he explained the procedure, he answered all our questions and concerns, we feel he went beyond his normal duties, I will highly recommend pest control and request Jonathan Robeiro he showed he really cares for his customers 5 star to our technician and 5 star to pest control, will definitely use them again in the future if I need them and will recommend to friends and family, excellent service.

Great! He was very knowledgeable and confident about what he was looking for. Which gives me peace of mind. I had a picture of what i thought was a bedbug and he was able to tell me it was a tick and my home was bedbug free. I’m a new homeowner and John from CT Pest solutions has been amazingly helpful multiple times. He helped us with a bat, prompting my son to call him Batman-and he honestly has been a superhero to us!
