While we practice integrated pest management (utilizing minimal pesticides to control a pest issue), the products we use have a low toxicity level and the method of application reduces the exposure and hazard to both kids and pets. We do recommend keeping kids and pets out of the area during the time of application and until the products have dried.
2. Is there any prep work required for the service?
Depending on the type of service there may be some prep work needed, however most treatments do not require any preparation.
3. Do we need to leave the house/ apartment for service?
For most services you do not need to leave the house. Depending on the pest of issue, some specific services may require you to leave the house.

The initial service entails a thorough inspection and assessment of the property, identifying any conducive conditions, providing recommendations and servicing areas of concern.

Depending on the type of service and size of the property, for most single-family homes, the initial general pest service can take 45 – 90 min.
